I DON’T WANT TO COMPETE. DO YOU COACH LIFESTYLE CLIENTS?

We work with anyone with a fitness goal. Please let us know what your goal is, and we can work out a game plan and get after it together.

I WOULD LIKE TO DO MY FIRST CONTEST. WHERE DO I START?

We take on and coach clients with different experience levels. If you are serious about this commitment and you would like to do well, you will be a great fit for the team!

DO I NEED AN OFF SEASON OR CAN I GO STRAIGHT INTO CONTEST PREPARATION WITH YOU?

Some ladies rush the process and fall short of their goal not because of work ethic but because they have been pushed into competing too early. If you want to do well, you need to have an offseason to ensure you build the size needed for your category! With that said, it’s possible you might be ready, but you may also need an offseason not sure? Contact us.

WHEN WILL I KNOW WHEN TO CROSS OVER FROM ICN TO IFBB?

Compare your size and development with some of the ladies who compete in the IFBB for a comparison. If you need more time to grow, ensure you have an off-season to get the job done.

DO YOU COACH ALL FEDERATIONS?

Absolutely I coach all federations!

WHAT FEDERATION AND CATEGORY WOULD I BEST FIT INTO?

It’s important to feel comfortable and confident in your direction, and although you may look good in a category like Figure, it doesn’t mean you should train for it if it’s not your ideal look. Think about your long term goal, the physique that you aspire to look like and go all-in on a federation that best represents your ideal look. If it’s IFBB, lock it in! If it’s WBFF, go all in.

HOW FAR OUT OF CONTEST DO I NEED TO START MY CONTEST PREPERATION?

Your metabolism and body fat will determine how far out of the contest you need to start dieting if you’re really out of shape. The earlier, the better!

HOW FAR OUT FROM COMP SHOULD I START SEEING A POSING COACH?

Immediately. Don’t wait until you are 12 weeks or 20 weeks out. It would be great to start working with a posing coach in your off-season.

DO YOU HAVE FLEXIBLE MACRO PLANS AVAILABLE?

Kolby Kemmett Coaching offers both macro and diet-specific plans for our clients, although we do usually find the best results come from diet-specific nutrition programs.
